La Maison des Vignes is a typical Provençal villa, built to stay cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a large salon with sitting and dining areas, a kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. Outside is a large and shady terrace. There's parking space for two cars just inside the gate (and a free public car park one minute away for overspill).

The spacious, light-filled salon has a cosy sitting area with sofas and a wood-burning stove for winter, plus a dining area with a large farmhouse table for dining or working (the house has fast fibre-optic broadband).

The heater in this room also functions as an air conditioner. Although the rest of the house doesn't have air conditioning, fans are provided in the bedrooms.

The kitchen is well-equipped, with a oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a large fridge-freezer (plus an extra drinks fridge and an ice-maker in a cabanon next to the barbecue area). 

In addition to the village shop and the boulangerie, there are supermarkets a ten-minute drive away, weekly markets and two farms close by that sell fruit and vegetables. 

You can buy wine direct from the local cooperative, five minutes from the house, or walk to the vineyard on the other side of the village. 

There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms (a main one on the ground floor and an en-suite upstairs).

The first bedroom, a large double, is on the ground floor, looking out onto its own section of terrace and part of the garden. 

Just outside the main entrance is a large, covered terrace. From there you can see through the garden to the pool. It's the perfect place to eat or read, and gets the evening sun. The terrace continues around the corner to the master bedroom.
